D&rsquo;abord Ludo puis Fabrice et Favio le br\u00e9silien.  Pour les autres, \u00e7a semble aller.<span style=\"color:black\"><o:p>  <\/o:p>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp;<\/span>Serge quant  \u00e0 lui, est en pleine forme, l&rsquo;acclimatation \u00e0 Cusco pendant les 10 premiers  jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents le d\u00e9part de la course porte ses fruits. C\u2019est un grand  jour pour lui, il va passer le col de Ticlio 4818 M d\u2019altitude.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;  text-align:justify\">Il attend ce moment avec impatience depuis le d\u00e9part. Les  10 premiers km seront parcourus \u00e0 petite allure. La mont\u00e9e d\u2019hier se  poursuit dans le paysage au profil accident\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;  text-align:justify\">Deux uniques acc\u00e8s p\u00e9n\u00e8trent le c\u0153ur des Andes: la route  et la voie ferr\u00e9e. La route est utilis\u00e9e essentiellement par les camions qui  transitent depuis les mines. La voie ferr\u00e9e, la plus haute du monde est bord\u00e9e  de ravins vertigineux et passe par des ponts suspendus les plus antiques ( archa\u00efques  ). Nous comprenons pourquoi ce train et surnomm\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;le train de la mort\u2026&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;  text-align:justify\">24,2 km Serge atteint le col, il est 9H50. Toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe  est l\u00e0 car une interview est pr\u00e9vue pour Serge au sommet. Il a fallu tout  installer au pr\u00e9alable, \u00e0 savoir station satellite et g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;  text-align:justify\">Serge a puis\u00e9 dans ses ressources mais il est heureux  d\u2019avoir gagn\u00e9 ce petit challenge&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est dans la difficult\u00e9  que l\u2019on se r\u00e9v\u00e8le et que l\u2019on peut appr\u00e9cier le meilleur&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;  text-align:justify\">Contre toute attente, la descente se r\u00e9v\u00e8le difficile, il  n\u2019a pas assez mang\u00e9 ni bu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\">L\u2019altitude ne pardonne pas, le mal de t\u00eate et la  sensation des jambes coup\u00e9es apparaissent. Durant deux heures, c\u2019est un  cauchemar. Le c\u0153ur pulse de fa\u00e7on anormalement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, alors que la tension  est bonne. Pendant ces deux heures, il alterne marche et course avec des petites  pauses et surtout il s\u2019alimente et s\u2019hydrate de fa\u00e7on importante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;  text-align:justify\">La pluie a remplac\u00e9 le beau soleil du matin, il fait  quelques degr\u00e9s au-dessus de z\u00e9ro. La journ\u00e9e s\u2019annonce longue et morose  mais le moral reste de la partie et Serge semble \u00eatre reparti du bon pied.<\/p>\n<p>  <span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;;mso-fareast-font-family:  &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;mso-ansi-language:FR;mso-fareast-language:FR;mso-bidi-language:  AR-SA\">Serge s\u2019arr\u00eate \u00e0 2 km apr\u00e8s la ville de OROYA ( 3700 M ) apr\u00e8s 71  km de course, fatigu\u00e9, le campement est une oasis. Il s&rsquo;est improvis\u00e9 au bord  de la route et d&rsquo;une rivi\u00e8re. Il fait froid et humide. Serge fatigu\u00e9, a mang\u00e9  avant l &lsquo;\u00e9quipe pour se coucher plus t\u00f4t.
