FRIDAY, AUGUST 31st<\/sup> \/ DAY 2 <\/o:p> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

60,2km in 8 hours <\/o:p> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Variaton in altitude : 2 600 km <\/o:p> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Start : 6.35am<\/b><\/span>  <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

A climbing day. Serge\u2019s decided to go slowly to be in good shape when reaching the col tomorrow at Ticlio.(4818m) <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

He runs at a slow pace, however at the altitude of 3000m, he is out of breath, which is surprising, he\u2019d never had this problem before. <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

Still sunny but with a little wind towards the end of the day. <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

A little worry with one of the vehicles which breaks down in a tunnel, nothing serious but Serge must stop , he can\u2019t see and the road is dangerous.5 minutes lost.   <\/span> <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

Today the camp is calmly set up . Clouds gather over our heads and the cold settles in in the village of Chicla (3800m) .
We\u2019ve just sorted out our problem of connection to Internet and it\u2019s with a great pleasure that we can read the dozens of messages sent by friends, relatives, sponsors and even anonymous people. <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n
