He decides to run about 18,6 miles (30 km), his belly doesn\u2019t hurt  him anymore. It\u2019s a big relief for the team. Serge covers a distance of 21,1  miles (34 km). After a transition day, the morale comes back, on the runner\u2019s  side as well as on the followers\u2019. The prescribed treatment seems to be  working, in spite of the tropical heat which is still there.
