81,5 km in 10 hours and 40 mn <\/o:p> <\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

Start from Parco, altitude 3 500 m <\/b> <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

We cross Huncayo, first big town since Lima, Serge runs in a polluted air. First big day for Serge as far as the distance and the duration go. He is worn out but satisfied with the distance covered. <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

Anecdote: he can\u2019t have felt tired enough since he has helped push a car!!! <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re worried about the progress of our caravan, our front car is too loaded and stalls whenever we drive up tracks. <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

We set up the camp at Pampa Cruz(3600m). We must surround it with a plastic band, otherwise we\u2019d be invaded by the locals and unable to manoeuvre. The camp is the big attraction: the photos, the webcam, the website.. They are also impressed by the flamboyant red cars. <\/o:p> <\/span><\/p>\n

Serge lies on the table before having his dinner and going to bed, he is ready to drop.   <\/span><\/p>\n
