Two a.m. Short and really quiet night. Like the skippers, we practise the snoozes, well we\u2019re trying. Recovering at best from the accumulated tiredness. Yesterday, we discovered a keep fit centre, just at the right time this pause did us a hell of good. Massages ( shiatsu, pronounced, chiatssou or pressure with fingers ) very efficient for the whole team. Serge even took the time to have a fresh-up at the hairdresser\u2019s. The place seems to be visited by the Brazilian High Class. As a proof, the visitors\u2019 book, filled with stars, singers, sportsmen and now Serge Girard\u2019s team. The boss, an accomplished sportsman, a triathlon enthusiast was pleased to meet our national serge. The cook was the only one who didn\u2019t understand the desires of our runner. Quite understandable with Serge and his 8000CALORIES a day. Just imagine the people\u2019s faces, they\u2019re here to lose weight ! There, the team as well as Serge were able to recover some energy. Today, Serge hasn\u2019t felt any pain which is quite unusual and so, worth to be mentioned. He finishes the stage, showing up the five fingers of his right hand.<\/p>\n

Then counting down will soon begin for him, for the team and for the people who have supported him and they are many, believe me. On the team side, we start checking the preparations, the locations. Everything smells nice the arrival and does us good. The day after tomorrow, the arrival of the journalists. The next day, our families just imagine. That\u2019s going to give him wings and we can understand it easily. That\u2019s it for today, for me, mini-siesta. Tomorrow we\u2019ll tell you how a TV team wake you up at 2 a.m. Promised.<\/p>\n
