Serge must climb up to 4300m.  He runs gently and manages to cover 77km.And yet he\u2019s felt sharp pain in his  hip and in his back at lombar level which has handicapped him all day long.<o:p>  <\/o:p>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"mso-bidi-font-size:  10.0pt;mso-ansi-language:EN-GB\">Anecdote: Fabrice has had<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp;  <\/span>a puncture, he arrives at the camp exhausted.<o:p>  <\/o:p>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"mso-bidi-font-size:  10.0pt;mso-ansi-language:EN-GB\">The night is cool, everyone is deeply asleep  when we\u2019re awoken by shots coming from nearby. The light of dawn has trouble  getting us up. The mountain is wonderful, the scenery is just grand.
