Serge starts off on the motorway but we leave it quichly to get on a country road cut through the rock. There is a stream and luxurious vegetation which give us a bit of freshness. It \u2018s here that Serge reaches his 1000 kilometers. He avoids Richfield to finish the stage at Salina. (North of Richfield). He is on a high, it\u2019s the first time he has managed to do 60 miles (96 km) since he started.
