After the races

After completing his world tour Serge began a political career. He was elected Mayor of the commune of Grainville-Ymauville in 2020 then President of the Campagne de Caux intercommunality in April 2022 and Vice-President of the Seine Estuary Metropolitan Pole in December 2022.

Serge will resume his studies as part of his new elective functions:

• Graduated from Sciences Po in 2021, at the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies: Master “Integration and changes in the Mediterranean and the Middle East »
• Master in Territorial Governance and Urban Development at Sciences Po Paris 2023-2024 (in course)
• Doctoral student: Paris-Dauphine: Political Anthropology 2023-2026 (in progress). Comparative thesis on the dismissal of elected officials during their mandate.
