BRAZIL, BRAZIL!!
1st stage on the Brazilian ground, Serge left CORUMBA at 3 a. m. Dead town with some lit street lamps as the only witnesses. Not many words are said, the time difference affects the team. The only recommendations from Serge will be about the snakes; hidden on the sides of the road, they can be a danger at every pause. Other danger, the trucks which from 4 a. m. shoot out from nowhere. Farewell to the track and its tranquillity the tarmac and the drivers reassert themselves. Today, only one crocodile has been run over. It’s quite "tranquillo" as the Brazilians say. The patanal starts here and offers us a particularly dense vegetation. The marshes are not very far, the scenery changes, the hat too! But the strides stay. Yesterday little shopping for the staff, changing currency, the REAL is as good as the BOLIVIANO (nothing to do with football) this Brazilian stage has been quite quiet.
